  1. Complete conversion of over 195 sites on the Government Secure Network to the new network utilizing (SD-WAN) technology.
  2. Processing of over 3,000 orders, with an average completion time of 3 working days per order.
  3. Resolving and closing over 1,420 complaints.
  4. Connecting more than 95 hosted government entities on Deem Cloud.
  5. Increasing the number of connected entities by 60%.
  6. Establishing and activating a Government Secure Network (GSN-DR) backup site.
  7. Establishing and activating a secondary website for the Government Secure Network.
  8. Launching (Irad) service across the Government Secure Network to 256 government entities in record time.
  9. Launching data marketplace to over 151 government entities in record time.
  10. Boosting the launch of services provided by the National Information Center (NIC), such as Efaa, Nabaa...etc.
  11. Raising the level of compliance with the rules set by the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).

Terms of Service

  1. The entity wishing to link to the Government Secure Network must be:
    • A government entity.
    • A government company aiming to link with a government entity.
    • A non-government company aiming to link with a government entity, provided that it has the approval of linking from a government entity and the approval of the service provider.
  2. Submit a formal written request from the entity's head to link to the Government Secure Network, address it to the service provider, and outline the purpose of the connection.
  3. Sign the Standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Government Secure Network, which outlines the obligations of both the service provider and the beneficiary.
  4. Provide the required information before linking to the network according to the service provider.
  5. Implement the service provider's technical requirements before linking to the government network, and confirm this with the service provider.

Service Request Procedures

Customers request the service by opening a ticket with Technical Support through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifying the type of service required. Once the request is submitted, the Technical Support team forwards it to the Customer Engagement team, which then communicates with the customer to schedule a meeting and complete the necessary procedures.
