Contact and service request or service request procedures
Customers can initially request the service by opening a technical support ticket, specifying the details and type of service required requests are made by contacting technical support via email:

8001221111. Upon receiving the request, the technical support team will promptly route it to the customer participation team, which will then contact the customer directly to schedule a meeting. During the meeting, the customer will be presented with the specific service requested along with an overview of all Deem's services. Following the meeting, the customer will be advised to submit a formal request letter for the desired service, addressed to His Excellency the President of SDAIA. Once the request letter is received, the necessary actions will be initiated.
