Deem is a government cloud-computing platform established by a royal decree in early September 2018. The platform provides government and semi-governmental entities with promptly accessible, highly reliable, flexible, and efficient technological assets to achieve digital transformation and improve the technological services provided in the Kingdom.

Classifications, Assessments, and Certificates
National Cybersecurity Authority
As a cloud service provider, the government cloud (Deem) complies with all ECC and CCC requirements set by the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) according to NCA's assessment. Additionally, Deem applies the highest security policies in force globally.

The government cloud (Deem) had the highest rating as a category (C) cloud services provider by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission.
Digital Government Authority
The procedures for adopting cloud computing services in government entities require that excluded entities (with classified “Top Secret” data) be hosted on the government cloud “DEEM.”
International Certifications
Contact and service request or service request procedures
- Customer requests service by opening ticket by email support@deem.sa or phone (8001221111).
- Technical support team receives the request and forwards it to the Customer Engagement team.
- Customer Engagement team contacts the customer to schedule a meeting.
- Meeting occurs to present the requested service and all available services.
- Customer submits a formal request letter to His Excellency the President of SDAIA.
- Actions are taken once the formal request letter is received.
