The Saudi Data & AI Authority "SDAIA" has provided a service to view Hajj Card in the Digital Documents through Tawakkalna Services in cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. SDAIA has also provided decision-making support to Hajj and Umrah sector through packages of analysis and studies related to internal and external pilgrims to support efforts to achieve target capacity, develop services, and support the design of various initiatives. The Authority continued the technical and technological preparation of border crossings and Hajj ports. Makkah Route Initiative came as one of Vision 2030's programs launched by the Ministry of Interior to complete the procedures of pilgrims from their countries, starting with the issuance of visa electronically and taking vital features, passing passport procedures at the airport of the country of departure after verifying the traveler's health eligibility, in addition to coding and sorting luggage in accordance with transportation and accommodation arrangements in the Kingdom. This has been applied so far in Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Morocco.
