The capability building and talent development Sector is linked to the National Center for AI at the Saudi Data & AI Authority "SDAIA", and its responsibility is to prepare and develop the general strategy for building and developing national capabilities and competencies, as well as set the general framework for the accreditation of professional certificates in the field of data and AI in line with the National Strategy for Data & AI. This sector also designs, implements, and manages training programs and initiatives to build and develop national capabilities and competencies at the level of staff, education, and the population in general, in addition to following up with trainees and providing them with support

The capability building and talent development Sector aims to:
  1. Promote awareness of data and AI.
  2. Provide training and development opportunities at the national level.

    3. This can be done by providing training and awareness programs in the fields of data science and AI and their enabling technologies to qualify distinctive national capabilities in order to keep pace with advancements in the field. Such programs come in line with the latest methods and global standards derived from strategic partnerships with the public and private sectors locally and globally
